Location
Azienda Fattoria Mosé is the large country home of the Agnello family, and dates mainly from the 1800s although there is an older tower. Mrs Agnello and her daughter Chiara welcome guests in a most hospitable manner. Breakfast at the long table in the kitchen may include fresh ricotta cheese, home-made preserves of cherry, apricot, plum and orange, fig, fresh eggs and wonderful crusty bed. Meals include seasonal produce from the land: artichokes, aubergines, courgettes, almonds and pistachios. Dinner may be served on the terrace, under the trees with plenty of local wine. The farm covers some 50-hectares set in the countryside beside the famous Valley of the Temples (six Greek temples ranging from the vast Temple of Jupiter 480BC, to the almost perfect Temple of Concordia) at Agrigento. The house is surrounded by fruit orchards.

Accommodation
Main House – Bed & Breakfast
Ground floor (sleeps 3) – 2 bedroom unit: 1 twin and 1 single room with shared en-suite shower room (access is through the single room). Entrance for both rooms is through the twin bedroom.
Two 1st floor rooms (sleeps 3): 1 twin and 1 single room each with private shower room across the corridor.

Annexe – Self Catering
6 spacious mezzanine apartments
Apartment 1 & 4 (sleeps 2):
1 bedroom, bathroom (shower), lounge and kitchenette (gas oven).
Apartment 2, 3 & 6 (sleeps 2+2):
2 bedrooms, bathroom (shower), lounge and kitchenette (gas oven).
Apartment 5 (sleeps 6): 3 bedrooms, bathroom (shower), lounge and kitchenette (gas oven).

Notes: Azienda Fattoria Mosé supplies Fortnum and Mason in London with olive oil

Minimum stay: 7 nights in the apartments (Saturday arrivals only) and 2 nights in the main house.
