Costa RicaLuxury Costa Rica Tour Holidays

Luxury Costa Rica tours our speciality for your Costa Rica holiday. When organising Costa Rica travel do plan in a Costa Rica tour. If the Garden of Eden made a return it would be as Costa Rica, which is possibly the nearest place to paradise on earth. It is peaceful and beautiful with a population keen to keep it just that way. Indeed the people, known as Ticos, are one of the great attractions of this extraordinary country, and take great pride in pointing out to visitors that they have enjoyed more than 100 years of democracy, unlike their neighbours, and have no army.

This peaceful regime seems to have extended to the land, for Costa Rica has one of the most enlightened conservation policies in the area, taking great care to
look after its natural treasures, be they volcanoes and rainforests or sea-turtles and sloths.

Placed at the heart of Central America, Costa Rica touches both coasts, sporting on one side the calm waters of the Caribbean and south Atlantic, while on the
other side the great exhilarating waves of the Pacific, which makes it one of the great surfing destinations. In between the two – and it only takes three hours to drive from coast to coast – there are towns, villages and cities including San José, the capital and gateway to the country. The flora and fauna also in this central area make the country a naturalist’s delight with flowers and insects seen nowhere else.

Indeed its endless natural parks and biological reserves contribute to the country being one of the most biodiverse in the world. And visitors can enjoy it in so many
ways either on foot, by horse, zip lining, biking or from a kayak or canoe.Among the privileges the natural world offers here is the sight of green turtles nesting at
Tortuguero National Park, the rare and colourful longtailed quetzal hiding amid the forests of the San Gerardo de Dota Wildlife Reserve or the exquisite inlets, islands
and forests of the Osa Peninsula. While the constant fireworks of the Arenal volcano which spits out sparks, lava and rocks is also one of the great sights of Costa Rica.

And while there is so much to see and do in this true tropical paradise it is imperative that visitors take time to chill out and absorb the atmosphere, and enjoy at least one or two days relaxing on the beaches of the Pacific or Caribbean coast, or just admiring the fine views from a hotel balcony or shaded terrace.
